Design the product and system
Create the product brief, architecture, evaluation, and governance model before adding breadth.

Define users, requirements, acceptance criteria, failure states, and success measures.
Session 4
The agentic operating system
Design context, memory, tools, permissions, handoffs, review, and trusted information.
Week 03
Build the vertical slice
Direct an AI coding agent through one complete path from interface to stored result and human review.
Session 5
Direct the build
Work in stable checkpoints, inspect changes, diagnose failures, and protect the product boundary.
Session 6
Add useful intelligence
Use structured AI outputs, evidence, abstention, evaluation, and fallback inside the workflow.
Week 04
Make it operational
Connect, deploy, govern, demonstrate, and recommend whether the product should stop, improve, pilot, or scale.
Session 7
Adoption and operation
Plan access, notifications, ownership, support, behavior change, monitoring, and the next 90 days.
Session 8
Demo Day
Demonstrate value and limitations, present the evidence, and make a responsible recommendation.
